Why did you choose to go digital?

Because of efficiency first and foremost. Since we have a small takeaway place in the central area, we want to work as quickly as possible and have the guests wait as little as possible. At the same time, we want a guest database where we know what they usually order and an overview; it’s best to collect the data digitally.

 

How did you learn about us?

While in the startup phase, we searched for different point-of-sale systems. Most of the systems we saw looked complex and old. We are young people born in the middle of the 90s and don’t want to use an old-fashioned system that looks hard to use. We like more modern and accessible systems, where we can edit the menu as quickly as possible when needed, and a system with big buttons. Quickorder is easy; we can do everything quickly with an iPad; it’s easy to understand: input what you need and takes the payment.

 

What are you most happy about with Quickorder?

There is a sea of possibilities, especially efficiency. We like the back office, where you can integrate with accounting and see the most popular dishes and what is selling the most at various times. Then, we can use this information to determine our focus. Through Quickorder, I can, for example, know that mango flavours are the most popular right now, and then we’ll create more drinks with mango. So, this statistic helps us understand our guests and contributes to good revenue.

 

What can Quickorder do to improve?

What other ways does the point-of-sale system improve your day?

We love the QR codes and the possibilities that come with them. When guests visit and receive one of our cups with a QR-code, they can easily see our whole menu and order on the go. They can also share with their friends, something that increases our popularity.
